The Blue Jays announced Fernandez’s death on Sunday and paid tribute to him via Twitter: “Tony left an equally indelible mark in the hearts of a generation of Blue Jays fans during his 12 unforgettable seasons with the team. His impact on the baseball community in Toronto and across Canada is immeasurable.” Originally from San Pedro de Macoris in the Dominican Republic, Fernandez was a five-time All-Star and played for several other teams in addition to the Blue Jays – including the San Diego Padres, the New York Mets, the New York Yankees, the Cleveland Indians and the Milwaukee Brewers....

One possible reason for this increase: in 2005 baseball banned the use of “greenies,” amphetamines that help players remained focused and energetic through the rigors of a 162-game season. Amphetamines were once as common as deli spreads in big-league clubhouses—in some, greenies were used to spike the coffee. As of today, WB has decided to indefinitely suspend the PC sales of Batman: Arkham Knight, due to a number of issues the PC version of Arkham Knight has been experiencing. Initially, WB told PC users to obtain a graphics card more powerful than either the PS4 or Xbox One or greatly reduce their settings in order to fix the problems. Understandably, this did not sit well with fans, and so now WB is taking extra steps to rectify the issue....

The problems with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight have been so bad that WB Games actually pulled the game from sale and offered full refunds. However, those that have made the decision not to receive a refund for the barely functional PC version have still been able to somewhat play the game, if they have a powerful enough PC, and may have been looking forward to the upcoming Batgirl: A Matter of Family DLC that’s supposed to drop on July 14th for season pass owners, and on July 21st as a standalone purchase....
